For the past three years I’ve had the pleasure of helping the Indiana Blind Children’s Foundation with their Through the Looking Glass Gala. The first year was casino themed, second year was racing themed, and 2025 had a focus on emerald.

There are always so many things that make the gala come together and I love helping each year! Before we can think about signage or gala flourishes, we create the dedicated logo and palette for the year. From there, sponsorship packets and web related assets, such as their OneCause site, start to take shape. Physical designs such as the invitations, banners, step and repeat walls, standing signs, and programs come next. Over the years, I think my favorite invite was for the Racing theme. I created a custom die cut front that had flags “waving” at you when you opened it. The last stretch up to the event is mainly the digital assets to make the show really come together. The keynote, sponsor slides, and images on monitors are the icing on the cake!
